While all dogs are cute in their own special way, there are some dog breeds that are just gorgeous. They seem to have the ideal physical features that just makes them stand out. Here are some of the most attractive dog breeds.

Chow Chow

The Chow Chow dog breed kind of resembles a lion, with a thick fur in black, cream, blue, cinnamon or red. These dogs originated from Northern China. The Chow Chow’s most distinctive feature is their tongue, which is black/blue in color, although when they are born, their tongue is pink until they are a couple months old. Another cool feature of this dog breed is their tail, which curves over their back.

German Shepherd

Throughout the years, German Shepherds have been used as military dogs, search and rescue dogs, drug detection dogs and service dogs. While most of these dogs have a coat that is black and tan in color, some German Shepherds are sable and solid black in color. This dog breed is extremely intelligent and very active.

Golden Retriever

Golden Retrievers are not only one of the most attractive breed of dogs, but they are also one of the most popular. Throughout the years, Golden Retrievers have appeared on the big and small screens. Remember, Comet from the TV series Full House? Or Buddy from the 1997 movie Air Bud? Golden Retrievers has a thick, shiny coat, featuring an array of gold shades.

Icelandic Sheepdog

The Icelandic Sheepdog originated from the days of the Viking settlers. These dogs are most identified by their curled tail and cute, pricked ears. Their coat can be medium to long in length, straight or wavy fur and feature an array of colors, including cream, gray, black, chocolate brown and reddish brown.

Siberian Husky

In my opinion, the Siberian Husky is the most attractive dog breed…hands down! Their attractiveness comes from the fact that they look a lot like a wolf, which are extremely attractive. Most Siberian Huskies have gorgeous blue eyes but some can have beautiful brown eyes as well.
