Beagles are great with children, making them the perfect family dog, although they easily become attached to their owners. According to the American Kennel Club, Beagles are the 4th most popular pet breed in the United States. They make the ideal pet mainly because they are intelligent, devoted and friendly.
German Shepherds originated from Germany and is the 2nd most popular dog breed in the United States, according to the American Kennel Club. These dogs are known to be lively, agile, brave and strong. Also, they tend to form a strong bond with their human family, considering them to be part of their pack.
Most people can’t help but think of the movie, Beethoven, when they think of the Saint Bernard dog breed. The Saint Bernard is part of the working class breed of dogs that originated from Italy, France and Switzerland. They are known to be intelligent, affectionate, friendly and devoted.
