Calling All Dog Lovers: Crufts Contestant Cranks Up The Laughter

Crufts is famous for fabulous dogs and fans from all over the world tune in and watch the very prestigious show in Birmingham. Even if you can’t watch it on your TV, the show always posts up a lot about it on YouTube. This week, a very posh little dog got fans howling with laughter.

Reality TV fans just love fur babies. That might explain why the OutDaughtered family has so many fans. Apart from five cute quints, they also have two dogs. Well, Beaux dog is almost as popular with fans as the Busby’s redhead, Hazel. However, Beaux would probably prefer to snuggle up in front of the fire than endure polishing and parading at a famous dog show.

Crufts might also be the last thing on the minds of Janelle Brown from Sister Wives. They’d far rather explore the rivers and lakes around Flagstaff. Although she describes them as “city slickers” they are not snobs. They just don’t know the difference between snakes or a bear and a lamp post. However, in that regard, they have some similarities to the posh poodle, Waffle.

He also did something lamp-post-like during his appearance this week and the audience thought it was hilarious.

Crufts Mishap By Toy Poodle Waffle

Waffle was announced as the champion of the Utility category. However, he didn’t stand on ceremony. In fact, he did the equivalent of a human farting in front of the Queen. The pampered and manicured contestant stopped for a pee on the carpet. The Sun reported, “viewers were in hysterics.” Additionally, it came at an unfortunate time, just as a commentator said, “Here’s glamour and style in our little toy poodle.” 

The Crufts commentator reversed his opinion in a hurry, saying, “Ah. Oh dear. No standing on ceremony here so here we are, striding out.” In the replay of the segment on YouTube, fans chatted about the moment that Waffle disrespected the carpet at the posh event. However, one fan felt it was wrong to mock the cute pup, pointing out that in the past, a competitor actually stopped for a prestigious poop.

Twitterati Laugh like Loons

Crufts fans on Twitter just thought the badly-timed pee was hilarious. One fan penned, “Can’t stop laughing at Waffle… “Then another fan commented, “I’d pay to see #Waffle in the bath or off duty @Crufts…Give him his own series!”

This comment also arrived: “My dad randomly put crufts on and I fell in love with Waffle.“

if you love dogs, then it might make you happy to know that he won a prize as the reserve best in show.
