When the covid-19 pandemic was at its height, a lot of people worried that they might become sick if their pets could pass it on. Well, it turned out that they can fall ill from the coronavirus family, but it seemed that they couldn’t transmit covid-19. Whilst a lot of shelters ended up receiving pets, many of them were dumped needlessly. That was very tragic, and it seemed a shame that so much ignorance resulted in so much emotional pain. However, other things that pets do can be bad for humans.
Dog news arrived that a vet in the UK would never personally own five different types of dogs. He rejected owning a Chow Chow because they seem to have an aloof attitude. Other dogs that were mentioned included the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and Sausage dogs. Bear in mind, that this was just a personal opinion. So Sausage owners can relax. Other breeds were Shar Peis and Bulldogs. But, he might want to add Chihuahuas to the list after one pooped in its owner’s mouth.
Dog News About Poop Makes Readers Feel Sick
Hollywood Unlocked reported on a story carried by the New York Post. The owner, now a victim, owns a “Chihuahua named Belle.” Amanda Gommo related how she fell asleep and Belle joined her. Unfortunately, a bad tummy bug gave the pooch “sudden diarrhea.” Even more unfortunate is that some of it found its way into Amanda’s mouth: whereupon, she threw up many times. And, that’s completely understandable.
The dog news explained that the messy meal tasted thoroughly disgusting. But, that wasn’t the end of the story. Taking herself off with her well-scrubbed and washed mouth, she went to the vet with her pup. There, Belle was diagnosed with a nasty bug. Soon, Amanda also started feeling nasty things happening. So, the next stop was her own doctor. Thoroughly ill, she ended up in hospital for “three days.”

While lots of people laughed, the very thought of getting a mouthful of puppy diarrhea really turned some stomachs.
