Watch Abandoned Puppy Smiling After Being Rescued

Humans have a lot to answer for, especially those who would abandon a small puppy on the streets. However, some humans are in the right place and rescue abandoned dogs, giving them a new and loving home. Read on to find out more about one sad puppy, as he is rescued and introduced to his new home and a new dog friend.

Abandoned puppy rescued from the streets

Sometimes, those dog lovers among us wonder what humankind ever did to deserve a canine pal. While they know they are blessed to receive the love of a puppy, other people abandon their dogs on the street with no shelter, food, or water. In fact, it is hard to fathom how those at the top of the food chain can be so darn cruel.

Fortunately, there are many animal rescue groups around devoted to rescuing, rehabilitating and finding homes for abandoned dogs. Moreover, they don’t just rescue dogs, but also cats, birds or even wild animals like cute, abandoned baby elephants. Despite this, many animals suffer after being abandoned, thrown in the trash, or unnecessarily surrendered to animal rescue groups.

In this heartwarming dog story, a video released by RescueCrewPets on YouTube, reveals an adorable puppy being rescued from the streets.

Rescued puppy can’t stop smiling

In the YouTube video, the footage shows the rescue of an abandoned puppy, left on the street by his family. The pup had been desperately looking for food when a kind person came upon him. The volunteer from Rescue Crew Pets arrives to collect him and decided to video the process. First, he is approached and is fed and placed in a dog carrier before his rescuer takes him home

Once in the volunteer’s home, the abandoned puppy is bathed and fed again, trying to make up for the time the dog was all alone.

In the clip, the pup’s rescuer arrives on the scene and speaks to a band security guard. He is then directed to where the cute little pup is receiving attention from what looks like a police officer. He can then be seen trying to follow people in the street in the hope of being rescued.

The abandoned pup’s rescuer appears with his medical bag, from which he takes food for the tiny dog. Meanwhile, after gaining the pup’s trust, he uses food to allow him to place a leash around the little dog’s neck. The volunteer then gives the pup more food and water while getting ready to take him home.
