Sister Wives on TLC stars Meri brown, the first wife of polygamist, Kody Brown and she just happens to adore dogs. Although she doesn’t own dogs herself, she developed a very close relationship with her daughter, Mariah’s pooches. This week, she shared a list of 18 takeaways that come with the benefits of spending time with them.
Sister Wives Star Meri Brown Takes More Than Comfort From Dogs
Whilst Meri has not yet made a special harness made so she can cycle around with a dog strapped to her chest, she seems emotionally chained to her daughter’s dogs. If you don’t know, Meri’s life hasn’t been all roses and joy as a reality TV star.
Her husband Kody divorced her and took another official wife, Robyn. Then, she struggled to come to terms with her daughter coming out as gay. As time went by, she fell for a catfish and things went south. In recent seasons of the show, TLC fans became angry because Kody humiliated her on national TV.
Loving Mosby, her daughter’s dog seems to always be there right when Meri needs comfort. Sister Wives fans saw that Meri turns to the pooch for comfort. Perhaps dogs help her emotionally as she managed to secure funding for her own BNB, Lizzie’s Heritage Inn, and she does very well selling a clothing line.
These days, she stands firmly behind her daughter and her fiance, Audrey Kriss. And, Mosby is there loving and encouraging her every step of the way.
Sister Wives Star Lists 18 reasons Why Dogs Are Good For The Soul
Taking to her Instagram on May 26, Meri shared a photo with both of her daughter’s dogs. Additionally, a few days back, she shared a gorgeous shot of Mosby. In her caption, she said, “Spent the afternoon with my boys, good for the soul!” Next, she described their love as “immeasurable,” before listing 18 things that folks can “learn from our loyal and lovable puppies…”
Well, when the Sister Wives star itemized each thing, it’s clear that humans really could benefit if they do the things that dogs do. She mentioned “enthusiasm,” bravery, enjoying “a joyride,” exploration, and the fact that it’s “okay to sometimes just eat and sleep.” Other positive behaviors that dogs bring as takeaways include:
- “Learn new tricks, no matter your age.
- Protect those you love.
- Drink plenty of water.
- When you fall down, get back up, shake it off, and move on.
- Delight in the simple things.
- Chase after your dreams, and
- Keep digging until you find what you want.”
Other Takeaways
The Sister Wives star also talked about other things that humans can learn from their pooches. This one seems a good idea, “Run and play daily.” Yes, that’s great for fitness and mental health. Then, she recommended that folks “sniff out opportunities.” Also, don’t forget to “dance around and wriggle your whole body” if you feel happy.
Here’s an extra special thing that humans could do: “When loved ones come home, always run to greet them.”
Finally, Meri Brown ended up telling her Sister Wives fans: “Love unconditionally,” and “no matter what life brings you, kick some dirt over that poop and move on!”
