Farm dog gains trust of calf on TikTok

According to the TikTok video, a golden retriever on a farm has spent quite some time getting a calf to trust him. However, Boris wouldn’t give up and finally managed to make friends with a calf named Little Chap.

As dog lovers know, golden retrievers are among the most affectionate breed and Boris is clearly one of the best. A TikTok clip was shared by Boris’s human @lily_boris_darcy, with the caption:

In the clip, Boris can be seen happily greeting the many cows on the farm who are obviously comfortable with the lovely pup. However, one calf, named Little Chap, wasn’t so sure about making pals with a dog. In fact, he is clearly skittish as Boris does his best to show him love. Watch the TikTok video here:

Finally, Boris reassured Little Chap that he was safe and would never dream of hurting him in any way. Eventually, the skittish calf approached Boris and even gave him a nose boop. We’re pretty sure that Boris’s offer of a stuffed toy sealed the deal for Little Chap.
