Golden Retriever Dogs Meet Their Baby Sister For The First Time [VIDEO]

Brennan Visser, 30, recently posted a video to her TikTok page “Winston the Good Boy Golden.” The video soon went viral with more than 18 million views and 3.1 million likes. Meanwhile, watching the video makes it clear why this heartwarming video is so popular. It reveals the family’s two Golden Retrievers, Winston and Doug, meeting their newborn baby sister, Miller, for the first time.

Heartwarming TikTok video goes viral

In these days of bad news relating to the pandemic and the war in Ukraine, everyone needs something to cheer them up. However, a new video posted to TikTok and Instagram certainly did the trick. Meanwhile, the footage shows the viral moment when two beloved pet dogs, Winston and Doug, meet the family’s new baby girl, Miller.

In the caption to the clip, Brennan wrote, “Already the best big brothers. I see lots of kisses and toys in Miller’s future.”

Speaking to Zenger News, the new mother explained that her baby girl, Miller Virginia Visser, was just three days old in the video. Moreover, her two golden retrievers, Winston, 3, and Doug, 2, can also be seen.

The footage reveals Miller as she is carried into the home for the first time. As her mother carefully cradles the tiny tot, both dogs jump up at the safety gate to meet Miller. Both dogs sniff the baby girl before one of them runs off to get Miller a favorite toy.

Brennan can be heard saying, “Oh, did you bring her a toy?”

The video reveals both loving dogs licking Miller’s head and welcoming her to the family.
Speaking of the moment, Brennan, who lives in Richmond, VA, said that she and her husband thought it was a “very sweet moment.” However, they had no idea the video would blow up as it did.

“I think a lot of people really resonated with the video. Also, there really is nothing cuter than babies and dogs!”

About the two golden retriever dogs

Brennan explains that she got her two golden retrievers, Winston and Doug, from a kennel when they were eight weeks old. She explained that Winston is 3 years old and Doug is 2 years old. Both came from Gap View Ranch and Kennel in Broadway, VA.

The new mother explained that Doug and Winston are a huge part of their family and they don’t expect this to change now they have a baby. Meanwhile, Brennan and her husband can’t wait for Miller to grow up with the dogs by her side.

“Just yesterday, Doug was napping and Miller started crying so he got up, went to the other room to find and toy, and brought it over to her,” she said. Brennan added that Doug is so attentive and seems to be “in tune with her,” adding that it is really special to watch.

Meanwhile, Winston and Doug are a medium-sized British golden retriever breed. Reportedly, the breed is known for its gentle and loving nature. That nature is clear from this wonderfully heartwarming video of baby Miller and her two doggie brothers.
